导师介绍

       戴瀚程,北京大学环境科学与工程学院研究员,环境管理系主任,兼任北京大学全球健康发展研究院及区域与国别研究院研究员,北京大学博雅青年学者,博士生导师。2006 年获北京大学学士学位,2009 年获德国慕尼黑理工大学硕士学位,2012 年获日本东京工业大学博士学位。研究方向为能源环境与气候变化经济与政策分析,针对经济绿色低碳转型路径和成本效益,以能源—环境—健康—经济系统综合评估模型为手段开展系统研究,自主开发和构建了适用于国家、省级及全球多个层面政策分析的IMED模型,作为国家和省级相关机构的制定能源环境与气候政策的重要决策支持工具,模拟未来经济增长、产业扩张和收入增长对能源和资源消耗、温室气体和环境污染物排放的影响,评估采取何种政策措施实现绿色低碳转型,进而减缓负面影响并改进地球环境和人类的健康水平,助力我国及全球实现碳达峰碳中和目标及可持续发展目标。

Dr. Dai is Assistant Professor and Director of the Department of Environmental Management in the College of Environmental Sciences and Engineering at Peking University. He is also a joint appointment research fellow of the Institute for Global Health and Development and the Institute of Area Studies at Peking University. Dr. Dai’s research focuses on green low-carbon transformation and human planetary health at thelocal, national and global scales. By developing and applying the state-of-the-art integrated assessmentmodel, the IMED model (Link), key questions are explored on the mitigation costs of achieving ambitiousclimate targets and their co-benefits on improvements in air pollution, human health and resourceefficiency. The findings from integrated assessment could then provide scientific support for policy makingto find out how the society could achieve carbon emission peak, carbon neutrality and sustainable development goals.

     Dr. Dai ranked as the World’s Top 2% most-cited scientists released by Stanford University and Mendeley Data in 2020. His main publications, including 8 ESI 1% highly cited papers, are on energy economics and policy relatedjournals. He is also the Standing Committee Member of Branch of Ecological and Environmental Systems Engineering, Systems Engineering Society of China, and Committee Member of City Air Integrated Management and Low Carbon Action Partnershipof China, as well as Committee Member of Branch of Climate Change of Chinese Society for Sustainable Development.
