Our ISSCC 2023 paper of "A 7.9 fJ/conversion-Step and 37.12 aFrms pipelined-SAR capacitance-to-digital converter with kT/C noise cancellation and incomplete-settling based correlated level shifting" has been selected as the 2023 IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC) The Anathan Chandrakasan Award for Distinguished-Technical Paper. Jihang Gao was awarded with the Best Paper Award at the 2023 National Microelectronics Postgraduate Academic Forum (全国微电子研究生学术论坛). His presentation centered on a high-speed, high-power-efficiency capacitance to digital converter. Congratulations to Jihang on this accomplishment!

Our work, A 7.9 fJ/conversion-Step and 37.12 aFrms pipelined-SAR capacitance-to-digital converter with kT/C noise cancellation and incomplete-settling based correlated level shifting, is accepted by ISSCC 2023. 

This work presents the most power-efficient high-resolution capacitive-to-digital converter among state-of-the-art publications, achieving 2x improvement!

Our paper, A 32-ppm/°C 0.9-nW/Khz Relaxation Oscillator with Event-Driven Architecture and Charge Reuse Technique, is accepted to ISCAS 2022. 

We proposed a power efficient relaxation oscillator (RxO) architecture, simultaneously achieving high power efficiency, lower temperature dependence, and compactness.
