Our CICC 2024 paper of "An 8b 1GS/s SAR ADC with Metastability-based Resolution/Speed Enhancement and Self-tuning delay Achieving 47.2dB SNDR at Nyquist Input" has been selected as the 2024 IEEE Custom Integrated Circuit Conference (CICC) Outstanding Student Paper Award. Congrats to Jie Li, Siyuan Ye, and the rest of the whole team! 

The prototype chip was designed, measured by Jie Li. We thanks Prof. Huang, and PKU School of Integrated Circuit for all the resources and support.

Our ISSCC 2023 paper of "A 7.9 fJ/conversion-Step and 37.12 aFrms pipelined-SAR capacitance-to-digital converter with kT/C noise cancellation and incomplete-settling based correlated level shifting" has been selected as the 2023 IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC) The Ananthan Chandrakasan Award for Distinguished-Technical Paper. Jihang Gao was awarded with the Best Paper Award at the 2023 National Microelectronics Postgraduate Academic Forum (全国微电子研究生学术论坛). His presentation centered on a high-speed, high-power-efficiency capacitance to digital converter. Congratulations to Jihang on this accomplishment!

Yaohui and Zhuoyi are now undergraduate research assistant and will join our group for their Ph.D. degree in 2024 summer!
