Linxiao Shen (沈林晓) received the B.S. degree (Hon., & Ranked 1st) from the School of Microelectronics, Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 2014, and the Ph.D. Degree from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, the University of Texas at Austin (UT Austin), Austin, Texas, USA, in 2019.
Dr. Shen is currently an Assistant Professor with the School of Integrated Circuits, Peking University, Beijing, China. From 2019 to 2020, he was a Analog Design Engineer with Silicon Laboratories, Austin. His current research interests include high-performance ADCs, analog mixed-signal and RF integrated circuits, intelligent sensor interfaces, imaging systems, and analog circuit design automation.
Dr. Shen has received a number of awards for his research contributions, including 2024 IEEE CICC Outstanding Student Paper Award (the corresponding author), 2023 IEEE ISSCC the Ananthan P. Chandraksan Distinguished-Technical-Paper Award (the corresponding author), 2018-2019 IEEE Solid State Circuits Society Predoctoral Achievement Award, 2019 the UT Austin Cockrell School of Engineering Fellowship, 2011 the Samsung Fellowship, and 2012 the National scholarship. He serves on the Technical Program Committee of the IEEE Custom Integrated Circuits Conference (CICC). He was on the Technical Program Committee of ACM/IEEE Design Automation Conference. He was an Associate Editor of the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON CIRCUITS AND SYSTEMS—PART I: REGULAR PAPERS.
沈林晓2014年于复旦大学微电子学院获得本科学位,2019年于美国德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校获得博士学位,导师为孙楠教授。沈林晓目前是北京大学博雅青年学者,集成电路学院特聘研究员、博士生导师、助理教授,国家高层次海外人才引进项目青年计划获得者。在加入北大之前,沈林晓在美国芯科科技公司任职。他目前的研究兴趣包括:高性能ADC设计,模拟和混合信号集成电路设计、智能传感器接口系统、成像系统等。
沈林晓荣获多个国际奖项,包括2024年CICC最佳学生论文奖 (本人贡献:通讯作者),大陆(含港澳)76年首次的2023 IEEE ISSCC the Ananthan P. Chandraksan Distinguished-Technical-Paper Award (本人贡献:通讯作者),2018-2019国际固态电路学会博士成就奖,2019年德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校研究生院奖学金,2011年三星奖学金,2012年国家奖学金等。他目前担任CICC技术委员会成员,曾担任DAC会议的技术委员会。他曾是TCAS-I期刊的副主编。

Siyuan received the B.S. degree from Peking University, Beijing, China in 2020, where he ranked 1st in the Department of Microelectronics. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Peking University. His research interest includes high speed data converter and analog front end design. 叶思源,2020年本科以绩点专业第一毕业于北京大学信息科学技术学院,获得理学学士学位。他目前于北京大学集成电路学院攻读博士学位,主要研究方向为高速高精度模数转换器设计和高能效模拟信号链设计。本科阶段,他曾获得2017年度光华奖学金,2018年度三星奖学金,2019年度华为奖学金,2017和2018年度北京大学三好学生等荣誉。博士阶段,他曾获得2024年度博士生校长奖学金等荣誉。

Jiajia received the B.S. degree in Microelectronics Science and Engineering from Xidian University, Xi'an, China, in 2021. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree at Peking University, Beijng, China. His research interest includes analog and mixed-signal IC design, including analog-digital converter and CMOS image sensor. 崔佳佳本科毕业于西安电子科技大学微电子科学与工程专业,目前在北京大学攻读博士学位,他的感兴趣的研究领域是混合信号集成电路设计,包括模拟-数字转换器设计,CMOS图像传感器设计。

Xinhang received the B.S. degree (Hons.) in Microelectronics from Peking University, Beijing, China in 2022, where she is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree (expecting to graduate in 2027). He is currently working towards his Ph.D. degree with the School of Integrated Circuits at Peking University since Sep.2022. Kwok Cheong received the B.E. degree from the School of Electronics and Information Technology, Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China, in 2022, and currently pursuing the M.Sc. degree at Peking University. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree with the School of Integrated Circuits at Peking University since Sep. 2023. His research interests focus on analog and mixed-signal circuit designs, including high speed data converter. He was the recipient of the CICC 2024 Michael A.
