ESCRIC 2023 Presented!

Our paper, A 12.5-ppm/°C 1.086-nW/kHz Relaxation Oscillator with Clock-Gated Discrete-Time Comparator in 22nm CMOS Technology was presented at ESSCIRC 2023!

The paper is presented by Xinhang Xu! Many congrats to the productive and creative student! 

In this work, we proposed dynamic comparator-based digital friendly architecture. In addition, thanks to the swing-adaptive technique, only PTAT resistors are needed to make a zero-TC time constant, which is much suitable for the advanced technology nodes. In all, the 22nm prototype achieves the best power efficiency and frequency temperature stability!
