      2018年本科毕业于北京理工大学经济学专业。研究方向为劳动经济学，教育经济学，重点围绕职业教育展开。在她未来的研究中，她计划使用长期追踪数据评估教育类型（通识教育或职业教育）与教育管理模式（例如顶岗实习）对个人劳动力市场表现的影响。

Xiao Liang, Doctoral candidate 

      Xiao Liang received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2018. Her research interests center around labor economics, education economics, and vocational education, specifically. In her future research, she plans to assess the impact of education tracks (general education vs. vocational education) and modes of educational management (e.g., workplace learning program) on individuals’ labor market outcomes using longitudinal data.
