易红梅，女，汉族，北京大学现代农学院教授，博士生导师；新农村发展研究院副院长；中国农业政策研究中心研究员；国家自然科学基金委优秀青年科学基金获得者（2020-2022）,国家社科基金重大项目首席专家。她的研究聚焦在农业经济学和发展经济学，重点关注公共政策的影响和作用机制，以及如何改进政策设计，提升政策成效，促进农业农村发展。自2009年参加工作以来，她先后主持了近30个科研项目，包括国家自然科学基金委青年项目1项、面上项目2项、优青项目1项、国际合作项目1项和国家社会科学基金重大项目1项。截止到2025年2月，她在国内外发表论文102篇，其中SCI/SSCI期刊收录论文65篇。论文发表的期刊包括Journal of Development Economics, Journal of Comparative Economics, Ecological Economics, the BMJ, Health Affairs, Social Science & Medicine, Reading Research Quarterly, World Bank Economic Review, China Economic Review, Plos Medicine，管理世界、农业经济问题，中国软科学等。Google Scholar引用总计4054次，2020年入选爱思唯尔“中国高被引学者”榜单。除了学术研究，她积极为政府政策决策提供支持，向中央政府提交了22份政策简报，其中19份得到了国家领导人批示。2份得到农业农村部领导批示，1份被国办刊物采用。

Dr. Hongmei Yi is a professor and doctoral supervisor in the School of Advanced Agricultural Sciences at Peking University, the deputy director of the Institute for New Rural Development, a researcher of the China Center for Agricultural Policy (CCAP), the recipient of the Excellent Young Scientist Fund granted by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (2020-2022), and the chief expert of the Major Project granted by the National Social Science Found of China. Her research focuses on agricultural economics and development economics, especially on the impact and mechanism of public policies, as well as how to improve policy design, enhance policy effectiveness, and promote agricultural and rural development. Since beginning her professional career in 2009, she has hosted nearly 30 scientific research projects, including one Youth Project, two General Projects, one Excellent Young Scientist Project, and one International Cooperation Project granted by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, as well as one Major Project granted by the National Social Science Found of China. By February 2025, she has published 102 papers in domestic and international journals, of which 65 were indexed in SCI/SSCI journals. Her publications have appeared in journals such as Journal of Development Economics, Journal of Comparative Economics, Ecological Economics, the BMJ, Health Affairs, Social Science & Medicine, Reading Research Quarterly, World Bank Economic Review, China Economic Review, Plos Medicine, Management World, Issues in Agricultural Economy, China Soft Science Magazine and so on. Her research has been cited by a total of 4,054 times according to Google Scholar. In 2020, she was selected into Elsevier's "China's Highly Cited Scholars" list. In addition to academic research, she actively supports government policymaking. She has submitted 22 policy briefs to the central government, 19 of which received approval from national leaders. Two policy briefs received approval from leaders of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and one policy brief was adopted by state-run publications.
