马明艳，研究助理

      马明艳于2020年8月加入研究团队。她于2020年取得哥伦比亚大学教育经济学硕士学位，2018年取得南京大学管理学学士学位。她的研究领域为教育经济学，重点关注教育干预（政策和项目）对学生发展的影响识别。

  

Mingyan Ma, Research Assistant

      Mingyan joined our team in August 2020. She graduated from Columbia University with an MA in Economics and Education in 2020 and from Nanjing University with a Bachelor of Management in 2018. Her research interest lies in evaluating the impacts of education policies and programs on student development.
