  • Post-doctoral 

Jian-bo Fu, Post-doctoral, (2017-2019),  received the PhD degree from Peking University, Beijing, in 2017. He is currently doing post-doctoral research  at the National Key Laboratory of Nano/Micro Fabrication Technology, Peking University, Beijing, China.  His research interests mainly focus on high performance  nanogenerator and sensor based on third generation semiconductor.

  • PhD students

Zongming Su, PhD students, (2013-2018), received the B.S. degree from the University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB) in 2013. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree at the National Key Laboratory of Nano/Micro Fabrication Technology, Peking University, Beijing, China. His research interests are wearable electronics, stretchable sensors and micro/nano fabrication.

Xiaoliang Cheng, PhD students, (2014-2019), received the B.S. degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, in 2014. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree at the National Key Laboratory of Nano/Micro Fabrication Technology, Peking University, Beijing, China. His research interests mainly include design and fabrication of nanogenerator and mechanical energy harvester.


Yu Song, PhD students, (2015-2020), received the B.S. degree in Electronic Science & Technology from Huazhong University of Science and Tech-nology, China, in 2015. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. de-gree at the National Key Laboratory of Nano/Micro Fabrica-tion Technology, Peking University, Beijing, China. He majors in MEMS and his research is focusing on supercapacitors and self-charging power system.


Xuexian Chen, PhD students, (2015-2020), received the B.S. degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, in 2015. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree at the National Key Laboratory of Nano/Micro Fabrication Technology, Peking University, Beijing, China. Her research interests mainly include design and fabrication of hybrid nanogenerator and electrospinning process.

Hang Guo,  PhD students, (2017-2022),  received his B.S. degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in 2017 and now is a Ph.D. student at Academy for Advanced Interdisciplinary Studies in Peking University. His research interests focus on electronic skin and self-powered nanosystems.

Li-ming Miao, PhD students, (2017-2022),  received the B.S. degree from Peking University, Beijing, in 2017. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree at the National Key Laboratory of Nano/Micro Fabrication Technology, Peking University, Beijing, China.  His research interests mainly include wrinkle structure and triboelectric nanogenerator.

Hao-bin Wang, PhD students, (2018-2023),  received the B.S. degree from Jilin University, Changchun, in 2018. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree at the National Key Laboratory of Nano/Micro Fabrication Technology, Peking University, Beijing, China.  His research interests mainly include micro-supercapacitors and the integration of self-charging system.

  • Undergraduate students

Ji Wan, Undergraduate students, (2015-2019). He is currently pursuing the B.S. degree at School of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science, Peking University, Beijing, China.  He will join in Alice wonderlab as a PhD student after his graduation in 2019. His research interests mainly include self-powered electronic skin and composite materials.

Chen Xu, Undergraduate students, (2015-2019). He is currently pursuing the B.S. degree at School of Information And Electronics, Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China.  He will join in Alice wonderlab as a PhD student after his graduation in 2019. His research interests mainly include triboelectric nanogenerator and self-powered nanosystems.

Xu-jin Song, undergraduate students, (2017-2021). He is currently doing undergraduate research at the National Key Laboratory of Nano/Micro Fabrication Technology, Peking University, Beijing, China. His research interests mainly include nanoactuator and triboelectric nanogenerator. 

  • Exchange students

Zhong-yang Ren, M.E. students, (2017-2020), received the B.E. degree from FuZhou University, FuZhou, in 2017. He is currently pursuing the M.E. degree at the National Key Laboratory of Nano/Micro Fabrication Technology, Peking University, Beijing, China.  His research interests mainly include Optoelectronic materials and devices and the hybrid energy harvester.
