T.S. Qu got B.Eng. and M.Eng degree from Jilin University of Technology in 1993 and 1999. In 2002, he got Ph.D. degree from Jilin University. Then, he became a post-doctor of Peking University. In 2004, he finished the post-doctor work and became an assistant professor in Peking University. And now, he is an associate professor in Peking University. From 2011.3 to 2012.3, he went to Michigan State University as a visiting scholar. His principal interests are in spatial auditory, viurtue sound, 3D acoustic scene analysis, multi-channel acousitc coding.

1993年毕业于吉林工业大学自动化系，获学士学位；1999年毕业于吉林工业大学通信与信息系统专业，获硕士学位；2002年毕业于吉林大学通信与信息系统专业，获博士学位。2002年 ——2004年在北京大学做博士后研究工作，2004年至今在北京大学信息科学技术学院智能科学系承担教学科研工作，现任副教授。2011.3至2012.3在密西根州立大学作访问学者一年。主要研究方向包括空间听觉，虚拟声音，三维音频场景分析，多通道音频编码。
