Welcome!

I am an Assistant Professor at the School of Integrated Circuits, Peking University, China. My research focuses on exploring efficient AI hardware from the following topics:

  • Accelerators for domain-specific applications
  • Compute/processing-in-memory architecture
  • LLM-assisted agile chip design methodology
  • Efficient power and thermal management

Prior to joining Peking University, I was an Assistant Research Professor with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, US. I was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Harvard Architecture, Circuits, and Compilers group at Harvard University, US from 2020 to 2021. I obtained the Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering (with Best Thesis Award) from Northwestern University, US in 2019.  My research work has been published at various top-tiered conferences/journals, e.g. ISSCC, JSSC, VLSI, MICRO, DAC, etc.
