• Siyuan Ye (叶思源) 

  Siyuan received the B.S. degree from Peking University, Beijing, China in 2020, where he ranked 1st in the Department of Microelectronics. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Peking University. His research interest includes high speed data converter and analog front end design.
He was a recipient of the Guanghua Scholarship in 2017, the Samsung Scholarship in 2018, the Merit Student of Peking University in 2017 and 2018, and the Huawei Scholarship in 2019. He has been a teaching assistant for a majority of analog IC design courses, including Analog Circuits, Principles of Analog Integrated Circuits, Advanced Analog Integrated Circuits Design, Integrated Circuit Design Laboratory and Data Converters.

• Jiajia Cui (崔佳佳) 

  Jiajia received the B.S. degree in Microelectronics Science and Engineering from Xidian University, Xi'an, China, in 2021. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree at Peking University, Beijng, China. His research interest includes analog and mixed-signal IC design, including analog-digital converter and CMOS image sensor.
  During his undergraduate studies, Jiajia was awarded the First Prize Scholarship and Outstanding Student Award in 2019, as well as the National Inspirational Scholarship in 2018 and 2019. Additionally, he achieved Third Prize in the ICRA RoboMaster AI International Challenge and the Provincial Second Prize in the Challenge Cup of university students.

  崔佳佳本科毕业于西安电子科技大学微电子科学与工程专业，目前在北京大学攻读博士学位，他的感兴趣的研究领域是混合信号集成电路设计，包括模拟-数字转换器设计，CMOS图像传感器设计。
  本科阶段，他曾获得校一等奖学金、校优秀学生和国家励志奖学金等荣誉，此外，他曾获得ICRA RoboMaster人工智能国际挑战赛三等奖和挑战杯大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛省级二等奖。

• Xinhang Xu (许欣航) 

  Xinhang received the B.S. degree (Hons.) in Microelectronics from Peking University, Beijing, China in 2022, where she is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree (expecting to graduate in 2027). Her research interest includes analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design, including RC oscillators, amplifiers, and data converters.
  Xinhang was a recipient of the Outstanding Graduate in Beijing in 2022, the Huawei Scholarship in 2023，the National Scholarship (国家奖学金) in 2021, the AEON Scholarship in 2020, and the Panasonic Scholarship in 2019. She won the 1st prize in the 36th National Physics Competition of Undergraduates. She was also a recipient of the ISSCC 2023 Distinguished Technical Paper Award.

  许欣航2022年本科毕业于北京大学信息科学技术学院，获得理学学士学位。她目前于北京大学集成电路学院继续攻读博士学位，预计毕业年份为2027年。她的主要研究方向为模拟和混合信号集成电路设计，包括高能效RC振荡器、放大器和高性能数据转换器设计。
  她曾获得2022年北京市优秀毕业生，2023年华为奖学金，2021年国家奖学金，2020年永旺奖学金和2019年松下奖学金。她曾获得第36届全国部分地区大学生物理竞赛一等奖。她也是ISSCC 2023最佳技术论文奖的作者之一。

• Jihang Gao (高继航)

  Jihang received his B.E. degree in Microelectronics from Peking University, Beijing, China in 2022. He is currently working towards his Ph.D. degree with the School of Integrated Circuits at Peking University since Sep.2022. His research interests focus on analog and mixed-signal circuit designs, including high performance data converters and low power sensor interfaces.
  He was a receipt of the ISSCC 2023 Distinguished Technical Paper Award (First author). He also received the Huawei Scholarship and the Boya Scholarship in 2023.

  高继航2022年本科毕业于北京大学信息科学技术学院，获得工学学士学位。目前于北京大学集成电路学院攻读博士学位。他的主要研究方向为模拟和混合信号集成电路设计，包括高性能模数转换器ADC设计和低功耗传感器前端设计。
  他作为第一作者获得了ISSCC2023的最佳技术论文奖，也是2023年华为奖学金和北大校友博雅奖学金的获得者。

• Kwok Cheong Li (李国锵) 

  Kwok Cheong received the B.E. degree from the School of Electronics and Information Technology, Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China, in 2022, and currently pursuing the M.Sc. degree at Peking University. His research interest includes analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design (e.g., high-performance comparator, analog-to-digital converter and CMOS image sensor).
  Kwok Cheong was a recipient of the Scholarship of the Ministry of Education for Hong Kong and Macao Students in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2023, and the Third Prize Scholarship in 2021.

  李国锵2022年本科毕业于中山大学电子与信息工程学院，获工学学士学位。他目前于北京大学集成电路学院攻读理学硕士（学术型）学位，主要研究方向为模拟和混合信号集成电路设计（如高性能比较器，模数转换器，CMOS图像传感器）。
  他分别在2019，2020，2021和2023年获得教育部港澳学生奖学金，以及在2021年获得校三等奖学金。

  Yaohui is an undergraduate student from Peking University, Beijing, China,majoring in applied physics. His current research interests are analog and mixed-signal designs, including high precision data converters and sensor interface.
  Yaohui ranked third in GPA in his major. He was a recipient of the Peking University Merit Students and the Third Prize Scholarship in 2021. He also won the 1st prize in the 36th National Physics Competition of Undergraduates.

  栾耀晖是北京大学信息科学技术学院大四本科生。他的专业是应用物理学。他的主要研究方向是模拟和混合信号集成电路设计，包括高精度模数转换器ADC设计和传感器前端设计。

• Zhuoyi Chen (陈卓毅)   

  Zhuoyi is an undergraduate student from Peking University, Beijing, China. His major is integrated circuit and systems. His current research interests are analog and mixed-signal designs, including data converters and sensor interface.
  Zhuoyi has excellent academic performance, with a GPA ranking first in his major. He was a recipient of Peking University Freshman Scholarship in 2020, Peking University Merit Student and Peking University Shenzhen Stock Exchange Scholarship in 2021, Peking University Academic Excellence Award in 2023. He also published the first ISSCC paper in Chinese Mainland with undergraduates as the first author.

  陈卓毅是北京大学信息科学技术学院大四本科生。他的专业是集成电路与集成系统。他的主要研究方向是模拟和混合信号集成电路设计，包括模数转换器ADC设计和传感器前端设计。
