中国水资源制度和管理调查(简称CWIM)

调查时间:2001,2004,2007,2012,2015

调查样本:河北省、河南省和宁夏的88个样本村、370个农户、70条渠道的管理者和110眼机井的管理者开展了实地调查。

调查问卷:设计了四种问卷:村干部调查表、地下水管理者调查表、地表水灌溉管理者调查表和农户调调查表。

调查内容:每份调查问卷都包括10多个章节。主要包括农村水资源条件、地表水和地下水灌溉的管理模式、水资源的政策法规、作物用水量、供水可靠性、灌溉投资、农户收入和农业生产、村及农户和地块的基本社会经济特征。
