开发目的:为定量评估肿瘤靶区(GTV)与关键危及器官(OAR)的空间位置关系,提供基于距离的剂量限量参考软件的主要功能:1. 自动提取RTSTRUCT中的危及器官(如视神经)和靶区(GTV)轮廓数据;2. 基于参考CT空间构建三维解剖结构Mask;3. 利用欧氏距离变换算法(Euclidean Distance Transform)计算危及器官的三维距离场;4. 自动判断肿瘤偏侧性(左/右),提取GTV体内素到对应危及器官的最短距离;5. 生成距离分布直方图(总体、分侧、个体)及详细统计报表(最小/平均距离等)。软件的技术特点:1.算法先进:采用SciPy高效距离变换算法,计算速度快,精度达体素级;2.自动化识别:支持模糊匹配ROI名称,自动处理左右侧器官对应关系;3.可视化丰富:高质量的距离分布直方图和累积分布曲线,直观展示空间关系

开发目的:为解决放疗中多患者靶区分布规律分析困难的问题,实现从多患者DICOM数据到统一参考空间热力图的自动化生成软件的主要功能:1. 自动化解析多患者DICOM数据(CT, RTSTRUCT, REG);2. 基于刚性配准矩阵将不同患者的ROI轮廓变换到统一的参考CT空间;3. 支持批量处理和变换方向自动识别;4. 将变换后的矢量轮廓栅格化为二值Mask;5. 叠加多患者Mask生成概率分布热力图;6. 输出与参考CT共空间的NIfTI格式热力图,便于在三维可视化软件中显示。软件的技术特点:1. 自动化程度高:一键完成从DICOM解析、配准变换到热力图生成的全流程;2. 兼容性强:支持主流REG配准文件解析;3. 精度高:采用三维空间坐标变换算法和高精度栅格化技术;4. 扩展性好:基于Python模块化设计。

A novel, rapid, and efficient technique for removing phoxim residues from grapes was developed using microbubbles plasma-activated water (mbPAW). The mbPAW system was generated by utilizing a non-thermal plasma jet as the working gas of the Venturi tube. The phoxim residues in the grapes were quantified using high-performance liquid chromatography. Results indicated that the mbPAW treatment significantly enhanced the removal efficiency of the phoxim residues in grapes (92.82 %) compared with plasma-activated water (PAW) treatment (73.60 %) and microbubble generator without the plasma (mbW) treatment (13.56 %). The improved decontamination efficacy of mbPAW was attributed to its stronger oxidation capability and acidic environment, particularly the increased concentration of hydroxyl radicals, which facilitated phoxim removal from the grapes. Notably, LC-Q-TOF analysis revealed identical degradation products of phoxim (diethyl (Z)-(((cyano (phenyl)methylene)amino)oxy)phosphonate and (Z)-N-hydroxybenzimidoyl cyanide) in both the systems, confirming consistent degradation pathways. Crucially, post-treatment quality assessments revealed no statistically significant differences in grape physicochemical properties, including color, firmness, sugar content, vitamin C concentration, and superoxide dismutase activity. This study establishes mbPAW as a green, residue-free strategy for pesticide decontamination in horticultural products, offering high removal efficiency with minimal adverse impacts on produce quality.

本发明公开了一种基于空间距离分析的肿瘤放疗计划危及器官限量评价方法、装置及设备,涉及肿瘤放射治疗技术领域。具体地,仅依据几何统计量,在剂量计算之前使用三维欧氏距离变换在各向异性归一后得到危及器官全体素到靶区的最短距离分布,直接形成个体化限量与权重模板。本发明输出的对象是距离‑体素直方图及其派生的累计占比与变化率,并从中提取若干几何指标,结合预设的几何规则集,直接得到对应不同剂量的限量阈值及优化权重的个体化建议。与现有技术相比,本发明不做剂量预测,且无需生成辅助轮廓或者进行剂量前向/逆向计算,而是在剂量计算之前即可得到个体化可执行的限量与权重建议,显著减少优化迭代并提升一致性,且结果可解释性强。

开发目的:用于肿瘤自适应ART(Adaptive Radiation Therapy)放疗过程中各步骤耗时的精确记录、数据管理和统计分析,优化临床工作流程,提升放疗效率和质量 主要功能: 1. 实时计时功能:记录ART放疗过程中各步骤的时间戳,包括摆位、IGRT扫描、ROI生成、CTV/OARs勾画与修改、计划创建与优化、计划评估等16个关键步骤。2. 患者信息管理:记录患者姓名、ID、ART分次、日期等基本信息。3. Cold atmospheric plasma (CAP) has become a promising technology for enhancing the efficacy of radiotherapy (RT) in cancer treatment and repairing the subsequent side effects. This review summarizes the current research on the combination of CAP and RT, focusing on its radiosensitizing effect, the ability to repair radiation-induced injury, and the challenges and solutions in the clinical application and promotion of this direction. Reactive oxygen and nitrogen species (RONS) produced by CAP increase the sensitivity of tumor cells to radiation and reduce the damage of radiation to normal cells, thus improving the effects and safety of RT. In addition, CAP has been proven to promote the repair of radiation-induced skin damage, especially radiation dermatitis (RDs), a common side effect of RT that currently lacks effective treatment options. By alleviating RD and enhancing tissue regeneration, CAP provides a new treatment method for managing the adverse reactions of RT. Although it has broad prospects, some challenges hinder the wide application of CAP in clinical settings, including limited penetration depth, the lack of standardized dosimetry, and the intricate nature of its underlying molecular mechanisms. In addition, the standardization of CAP equipment, precise parameter control strategies, and long-term safety issues require further investigation. This review emphasizes the necessity of continuous exploration to improve the role of CAP in RT and provides insights for the development of more effective and safer cancer treatment methods.

Antifungal hydrogels with added antifungal drugs have received extensive attention from researchers due to their potential use in various applications, such as wound dressings and ultrasound gel pads. In this study, we proposed and designed an alternative antifungal hydrogel preparation strategy to obtain hydrogels with high antifungal abilities. We employed plasma-activated water (PAW) instead of water in the hydrogel polymerization process to prepare plasma-activated hydrogels (PAHs). Disc diffusion assay results revealed that PAH exhibits satisfactory antifungal activity. Interestingly, the oxidation–reduction potential (ORP) of the PAH was significantly lower than that of conventional polyacrylamide (PAAm) hydrogels, and we provided a possible reaction equation to explain the lower value of ORP in the PAH. Furthermore, using electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy, the hydroxyl radical was detected in PAHs. Although the active ingredients in the hydrogel cannot be quantitatively measured, the hydroxyl radical and NO3– are speculated to be the main components of PAH with antifungal activity according to ESR spectroscopy and optical emission spectroscopy. Further experiments also showed that PAH has a longer antifungal lifetime than PAW. In summary, the proposed plasma-activated hydrogels can provide valuable preparation strategies for delivering antifungal capabilities and have many potential applications in biomedical fields.

In this study, we propose a novel strategy, plasma activated water (PAW) to reduce pesticide residues on agricultural products. To validate its feasibility and effectiveness, we employee high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to detect phoxim on grapes. HPLC results suggest that the reduction of phoxim on grapes achieve 73.60% after treated 10 min by PAW prepared 30 min, and the concentration of phoxim decreased significantly (p <  0.05) with the preparation time of PAW. Furthermore, HPLC-MS analysis shows that the reduction effect of phoxim by PAW is dominated by the degradation of phoxim. Combined with analyzing the physicochemical properties of PAW, one possible degradation pathway is proposed under the present experimental conditions, mediated by reactive oxygen and nitrogen species. The acidic environment (pH < 3) and high oxidation capacity (ORP > 500 mV) are suggested to be a benefit to the reduction of phoxim. Besides, the experimental results regarding color, firmness, sugar, vitamin C, and superoxide dismutase of grapes demonstrate that the PAW treatment will not significantly affect the quality of grapes. In conclusion, phoxim pesticide residues on grapes could be effectively reduced by the PAW strategy and without a significant (p <  0.05) effect on grapes quality.

Molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) films prepared by bulk polymerization suffer from numerous deficiencies, including poor mass transfer ability and difficulty in controlling reaction rate and film thickness, which usually result in poor repeatability. However, polymer film synthesized by electropolymerization methods benefit from high reproducibility, simplicity and rapidity of preparation. In the present study, an Au film served as the refractive index-sensitive metal film to couple with the light leaked out from optical fiber core and the electrode for electropolymerizing MIP film simultaneously. The manufactured probe exhibited satisfactory sensitivity and specificity. Furthermore, the surface morphology and functional groups of the synthesized MIP film were characterized by Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) and Fourier transform infrared microspectroscopy (FTIR) for further insights into the adsorption and desorption processes. Given the low cost, label-free test, simple preparation process and fast response, this method has a potential application to monitor substances in complicated real samples for out-of-lab test in the future.

本系统以宽带低噪声放大器LMH6554,配合宽带数控增益放大器LMH6401、射频功率放大器AH101以及LC带通滤波器设计并实现增益可控的射频放大器。本系统性能优良,实现了33MHz~243MHz带宽;0~64dB增益调节范围、增益步进最小为1dB;通频带内增益起伏小于2dB;50Ω负载上最大输出电压有效值可达5V_rms。本系统经过最终的级联和调试,工作可靠,用户界面友好,完全满足题目中所有的指标要求,且部分指标如带宽范围、增益调节范围、通频带内平坦度、最大输出电压有效值等指标均超出题目要求。
