  • 基本情况

李文军,1967年6月生,江苏人。1997年毕业于中国科学院生态环境研究中心,获理学博士学位。1997年起在北京大学任教,先后任环境管理学讲师、副教授、教授。曾先后在在美国布朗大学、加州大学(伯克利)做访问学者。已发表论文50余篇,国际学术期刊论文30余篇。长期从事干旱地区草场管理、自然资源管理的社区参与、自然保护区的公共物品属性及管理的制度安排等领域的研究。

1998-2002年开设研究生选修课程《环境信息系统》,36学时;
2001年开始与邵敏老师共同开设全校通选课《环境保护与可持续发展》,36学时;
2003年起,开设研究生选修《自然资源管理前沿》,36学时;
2004年和2005年秋季同本系其他3位教师一同为Stanford大学生开设40学时的课程Seminar on Environmental Challenges in Developing China;
2005-2006年,与其他2位教师一同为本科生教授主干课《环境科学》,总72学时,本人承担1/3课时;
2006年起,与其他2位教师共同讲授本科生必修科《环境管理》,总72学时,本人承担1/3课时。
2009年起,参加唐孝炎老师主持的本科生必修课《环境问题》,承担2个学时的教学任务。

Natural resource management:
a) Rangeland management and pastoral area development: land tenure, rangeland management policy, herders adaptation to climate change, pastoralist settlement and resettlement, market and traditional customs, mining and conflict resolutions.
