马力，现任北京大学光华管理学院组织与战略管理系教授、副系主任，他在华盛顿大学取得管理学博士学位。他的研究专长为跨国谈判、参与式管理等。曾在MIT Sloan Management Review, Leadership Quarterly, Human Relations, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Management and Organization Review, Journal of International Business Studies, Harvard Business Review Digital Articles, Negotiation Journal, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, International Journal of Human Resource Management, 《心理学报》、《管理世界》、《经济科学》、《清华大学学报》、《管理工程学报》等学术期刊发表研究成果。
