刘佳本科毕业于清华大学，获北京大学硕士学位，纽约大学博士学位。先后在德国美因茨大学和芝加哥大学从事博士后研究工作。

主要研究方向为理论粒子物理学，具体包括：
- 暗物质
- 对撞机物理
- 希格斯粒子
- 中微子
- 粒子天体物理

Dr. Jia Liu
Assistant Professor, School of Physics, Peking University
Peking University Boya Young Fellow

Dr. Liu received his B.Sc. from Tsinghua University, M.Sc. from Peking University, and Ph.D. from New York University. He conducted postdoctoral research at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (Germany) and the University of Chicago.

He work focuses on theoretical particle physics, with research interests including:
- Dark matter
- Collider phenomenology
- Higgs boson physics
- Neutrinos
- Particle astrophysics
