Currently a Principal Investigator, Professor at State Key Lab of Nuclear Physics and Technology, School of Physics, Peking University. An adjunct senior researcher at Institute of Modern Physics Chinese Academy of Science; A guest Professor at China Applied Engineering Physics in Mianyang; A review member of the famous international journals such as NIMA,CPL,CPC, RNP, NT , Science China and so on；Academic committee member of accelerator physics and technology, Institute of High energy physics, Chinese Academy of Science, China；a member of Council of Chinese Particle Accelerator Association. I have published more than 100 papers on PRL, PRAB, NIMA, NIMB,  PoP  and so on. The topics include beam dynamics, high current RFQ accelerators, ion source, RF technology, Laser plasma physics, laser ion acceleration, DTLs and Linac injectors for proton and heavy ion cancer therapy facilities.
