The effective lenear range (fluorescence vs. concentration) in serum is 0.1 to 10.0 mg/liter, regardless of the ratio (by weight) of the two drugs from 1:10 to 10:1. Analytical recoveries by the extraction method used were 100.0 +/- 3.0% and 98.0 +/- 4.0%, respectively. For determination of either compound, the maximum coefficient of variation was 10%.</style>
<issue><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">13</style></issue><custom1><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/160?dopt=Abstract</style></custom1></record></records></xml>
