研究领域

本实验室的研究领域主要定位为污染控制和环境生物技术,分为3个方向:


(1) 土壤和沉积物中有机污染物生物降解和修复
主要开展有机污染物的高效降解菌的筛选与生物强化技术的开发、持久性有机污染物和新兴污染物的生物降解机制与调控策略、以及稳定同位素探针技术识别复杂环境中的原位降解菌等工作。

(2) 陆地和天然水生态系统的微生物生态学
主要开展湖泊、水库、河流和土壤等自然生态系统中微生物生态和功能、以及与环境之间的内在联系的研究,揭示水陆生态系统中物质转化和碳氮硫循环的地球生物化学机制。

(3) 水处理或修复系统的微生物生态学
揭示水处理或修复系统(人工湿地和饮用水生物滤池等)中微生物群落和影响因素、以及污染物的生物转化机制。此外,还开展饮用水管网系统的微生物群落、生物安全性及其环境因子的研究。
